About the event

Meta’s Africa, Middle East and Turkiye (AMET) Community Engagement and Advocacy Team is pleased to announce the latest iteration of our Transparency in AMET Program. This program consists of a series of webinars designed to provide greater transparency on Meta’s policies, practices and regulatory compliance to civil society organizations and other stakeholders working on and in the AMET region. 


The first session of the Program, which is taking place on Tuesday 3rd December 2024 @ 3:30pm GMT,  will focus on Content Restrictions Based on Local Law & Government Requests for User Data
